Had to improvise.  Feet were swollen and painful, so had to walk not run on treadmill, could only do 5 minutes so I used the reclined bike for 10 minutes, knees hurt so, then I used the elliptical for 15 minutes.  So I manage to get my 30 minutes of exercise. :)

Got to do what I got to do!

I mean, if my arms hurt, then I will use my legs... if my legs hurt then I'll use my arms, .... if my arm and my legs hurt then I will work on my abs. Or I'll go swimming  (if I have a pool)

Got to keep on keeping on, right?
